There are plenty of amazing Perth suburbs, so here are the suburbs with the most land sales in 2021.

So we touched base with the team at Move Homes who researched what suburbs has the most land sales. The main drivers for their popularity was affordability and availability of land, which is why Baldivis was the most popular.
